When we went home to New York one of the first things we did was go and get the girls ears pierced. It was Lily's idea. Chloe wasn't exactly thrilled to have a needle go through her ear but she couldn't let her little sister show her up.
Lily was slightly unsure, but completely determined not to cry, and to get it done!
Nanna came with us and everyone left happy!
The girls went fishing with Nana and Pappy. They caught a ton of fish and were sooooo very proud!
We swam just about every day either in my parents pool or in Jason's parents' pool. The first week was wonderful. I was able to swim laps every day. Then I had to start spending most of my time on the couch due to too many contractions and that terrible feeling of impending pre-term labor.

Linc knew it was time to eat when Pappy came in for lunch. He would crawl up into his chair and say, "EAT!" as soon as Pappy walked through the door.
Pappa gets bonfire duty after Jason and Sam start it but then get busy playing other games.
We went to a beautiful place called Hidden Valley.
This swan was looking for a fight and Chloe wanted to humor him. Not a good idea!
We got to pet and feed all kinds of animals.
A zebra bit Linc on the shoulder...he was not too happy about that.
Some of the animals would fight over who should come partake of the trolley food first.
We got to spend time with old friends.
And ride cousin Andrea's pony at a family reunion!
What can I say? We miss our family and we miss New York.
